Biography
Matthew L. McClellan has been rated Preeminent - AV by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell each year for the past 7 years. Mr. McClellan began representing Plaintiffs in 2007 and devotes his law practice to assisting those seriously injured through no fault of their own or who have lost loved ones due to the wrongful conduct or negligence of others.
Mr. McClellan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University in 2000 and a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2003. While in law school, Mr. McClellan served as the Business and Articles Editor for the Fordham International Law Journal. Upon completing law school, Mr. McClellan worked for insurance defense firms where he handled complex litigation in the areas of Trucking, Premises and Auto Liability, Products Liability and Insurance Coverage. Since 2007, Mr. McClellan has devoted his practice to representing injured parties.
